2024 年是性別平等教育法通過的第 20 年，性平協以性別教育、教育推廣、研發出版及國際交流等四大面向，持續讓性別平等議題與大眾更貼近。

封面設計提取「灌溉」的概念，種下性平教育的種子，最終能讓植物長大、開花、結果。

台灣性別平等教育協會（Taiwan Gender Equity Education Association，TGEEA）是由一群教育工作者於 2002 年所組成的性別平等倡議團體，致力於推動性別平等教育，打造多元共融社會，實現聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）4 優質教育、5 性別平等。

2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the passage of Taiwan’s Gender Equity Education Act. Through four core areas—gender education, public education and outreach, research and publication, and international exchange—the Taiwan Gender Equity Education Association (TGEEA) continues to bring gender equity issues closer to the public.

The cover design draws inspiration from the concept of “irrigation.” By planting the seeds of gender equity education, it envisions a process in which ideas are nurtured over time—growing into plants that flourish, bloom, and ultimately bear fruit.

Founded in 2002 by a group of educators, the Taiwan Gender Equity Education Association (TGEEA) is a gender equity advocacy organization dedicated to advancing gender equity education. TGEEA works to foster a diverse and inclusive society and to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 5: Gender Equality.
