In response to the evolving tactics of aggressors, Watchout presents the Civil Guide 2. Through this publication, we aim to help the public recognize different forms of threat and acquire the skills needed to protect themselves and others in times of war. By promoting the concept of whole-of-society defense, the guide seeks to strengthen social resilience and stand against hostile aggression.
